Arrowster
is an SF- based startup building the AI- native platform for studying abroad. We&039;re a small team moving fast and backed by the founding team and board at OpenAI, Duolingo, and Meta.
Our product is a vertical AI agent for international education / studying abroad — starting with Vietnam and SEA. AI will centralise all the insights students need, provide 24/7 support on basic queries, and eliminate boring paperwork. Meanwhile expert counselors step in to provide support where it matters most.

Every year, 2M+ students navigate a broken, paper- heavy process to study abroad. We&039;re using AI to make it 10x easier. Your automation will directly help thousands of Vietnamese students achieve their dreams.

What you&039;ll actually build

Sit with GTM/Sales, turn messy pains into working agent use- cases
Build agent- powered features in Python/Django/DRF: endpoints, admin tooling, workflows for students and counselors.
Ship growth automations: content blocks, segmentation, triggers, dashboards; measure lift.
Integrate Zoho, email, analytics, CMS, ads via clean APIs/webhooks and lightweight ETL.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Based in HCMC or willing to relocate
• Python & Django in production (incl. DRF, testing, auth, models/admin). Agent experience: shipped agents via code (LangGraph/CrewAI/AutoGen or similar) and/or n8n/Zapier/Make; connects to real tools/APIs.
• API craft: REST design, OAuth2/JWT, pagination, rate limits, webhooks.
• AI stack: OpenAI/Anthropic, prompt work; familiarity with RAG/vector stores is a plus.
• Bias to action, clear comms, ownership in ambiguity.
• You use AI tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT to code faster
  

Bonus points if you have:

Zoho ecosystem experience
GTM / Sales awareness: funnels, UTM/attribution, segments/cohorts; translate commercial needs into software.

Working time:

Urgency- ship in days what others take months to build.
6- day work week in HCMC- we&039;re always building, but weekends are more flexible.
Technical ownership from Day 1- your code touches thousands of students and internal ops
