Our dynamic and creative team is looking for a
Senior Designer
with the key roles and responsibilities as following:
_Roles & Responsibilities_
Develop graphics and layout execution under the supervision of Art Director; across multiple categories (branding, FMCG, lifestyle, F&B, technology, etc.) and applied platforms (social, digital, OOH, POSM, KV, motion, presentation decks, campaign assets...).
Take ownership of visual concepts from idea to final execution, ensuring strong art direction, consistency, and craft across touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with Art Director, Copywriter, Account, and other stakeholders to translate creative ideas into compelling visual solutions.
Develop and execute motion/animation content (from simple to intermediate level) for digital and social platforms.
Actively integrate AI tools into the creative process.
Review final layouts and content with the Art Director and suggest improvements if required.
Stay updated with design trends, AI innovations, emerging platforms, and new creative formats, proactively applying relevant learnings to projects.
_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from those who have:
Minimal 4+ years of working experience in creative environment, advertising, digital, or social media communications, with solid exposure to diverse client categories.
Strong art mindset with a well- developed sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking.
Be proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, C4D (basic)… or other visual design and animation tools.
Hands- on experience or strong interest in using AI tools for design, visual exploration, animation, or creative workflow optimization.
Have exceptional creative flair and design skillsets.
Have the ability to update oneself and catch up with the industry’s emerging trends as well as social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok...
High attention to detail, strong execution skills, and the ability to maintain quality under tight timelines.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, self- driven attitude with a passion for learning, experimenting, and pushing creative boundaries.
