Content Ideation & Strategy:
Proactively propose fresh ideas for campaigns, always considering audience behavior, digital best practices, and brand objectives.
Develop creative concepts and content pillars tailored to each platform and brand tone.
Collaborate with strategic planning to translate insights into compelling content directions.
Content Execution:
Deliver social performance evaluations, tracking, and reports on campaign/ weekly/ monthly basics by channel: Owned channels, Social Out- reach channels; by type (Content, Creative, Community, Competitor, Campaign, etc.) to evaluate the performance of brands on social media and suggest solutions to improve the campaigns.
Use analytics and insights to inform future content planning and improve engagement rates.
Coordinate closely with Creative team to ensure all assets align with creative intent and platform requirements.
Write and produce original, platform- native content.
Oversee content publishing schedules, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and brand coherence.
Trend & Culture Monitoring:
Not only follow trends — but also seek opportunities to create trends that set the brand apart.
Stay ahead of social trends, memes, pop culture references, and digital behaviors.
Propose ways to leverage or localize trends in alignment with brand identity.
Client Collaboration:
Understand client feedback constructively and adjust content with flexibility and strategic clarity.
Present ideas confidently and back them up with rationale tied to brand goals and audience insight.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager.

You understand social media as your daily life and have knowledge of measuring performance on social media and digital.
At least 2+ years of experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Social Media management (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,...).
Strong grasp of Vietnamese vocabulary and Vietnamese writing skills.
Embrace changes and challenges, able to handle pressure well.
Must be effective at multitasking, time management, presentation skills, and strategic and innovative thinking.
