Manage and support dealer service operations to achieve business and KPI targets.
Lead improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, CSI, productivity) across dealer networks.
Supervise and guide 7 staff members.
Prepare regular management reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor dealer performance, implement SOPs, and ensure service quality improvement.
Conduct training for dealer service teams to enhance skills and productivity.
Act as a liaison between Companyand dealers for all after- sales service matters.
Collaborate with other departments to promote Total Support (TS) and Customer Support (CS) activities.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Service Management or After- Sales Operations (automotive industry preferred).
Good at English
Male/Female, from 37 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Automotive Engineering.
Experience in Kaizen, process improvement, or dealer development is a plus.
Strong knowledge of service KPIs, CSI, and dealer operations.

Salary: $1800++
