Affiliates Channel Development (Social Commerce)

Support the growth and management of the affiliate sales channel by onboarding, enabling, and tracking affiliates (KOLs, creators, and partner networks). Ensure affiliates have the right creative toolkits and incentives to maximize conversion and GMV.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide affiliates with product toolkits (videos, images, captions, key selling points).
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights on top- performing affiliates and products.
Support affiliate payout documentation and compliance.
Assist affiliates with livestream and campaign participation.
Growth of the affiliate network
Support live streaming affiliates and participate in the campaign.
Track affiliate sales performance (GMV, orders, conversion rate).
Enablement & Content Support
Ensure all affiliate activities follow platform rules and company guidelines.
Monitor affiliate sales performance (GMV, orders, conversion rates).
Coordinate with Content Factory and Store Ops to ensure affiliates have updated product and promo information.
Maintain regular communication and relationships with affiliate partners.
Identify and onboard new affiliates, creators, and micro- KOLs across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms.
Flag risks and opportunities (inactive affiliates, best- performing SKUs, seasonal push).
Support registration, training, and activation of affiliates.
Affiliate Network Growth

Number of active affiliates onboarded per month.
2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing or e- commerce is preferred.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, Shopee Affiliate, or similar platforms.
Affiliate retention and engagement rates.
Highly organized, detail- oriented, and proactive in execution.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Timeliness and quality of reporting.
Bonus: Experience working with creators or agencies in e- commerce campaigns.
GMV contribution from affiliate channel.
Data- driven mindset: comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance tracking.
