About the job:
The Affiliate Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving brand growth through affiliate and creator partnerships across TikTok, Shopee, and other social commerce platforms. This role involves identifying and onboarding suitable KOLs/KOCs, managing end- to- end affiliate campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with creators and MCNs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, negotiate deals, track performance, and generate insights to optimize ROI. The ideal candidate is a proactive and data- driven marketer who understands social media trends, enjoys working with creators, and thrives in a fast- paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Brief KOLs/KOCs on scripts and brand expectations, and manage them throughout the campaign to ensure effective, on- time content delivery that meets brand standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to develop a solid network, and collaborate with MCNs to source potential creators for affiliate bookings.
Track and analyze affiliate performance to generate actionable insights that drive better results and optimize ROI.
Understand brand insights and specific campaign objectives; receive guidelines and requirements from the Account team to identify and scout suitable affiliates on TikTok, Shopee Platform, and other relevant channels who align with brand needs for livestream and video review projects.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with KOLs/KOCs, onboard them for collaborations, and manage affiliate commissions while ensuring clear alignment on timelines and ways of working.
Identify trends, opportunities, and root causes behind performance fluctuations to continuously improve affiliate strategies.
