[AES] ADMISSION TEAM LEADER

- Plan strategic admission activities to meet the OKRs in quarterly and yearly.
- Develop B2B enrollment channel as per BOD targets: monthly, quarterly, yearly. Seek independent partners, companies, organizations, or public schools.
- Build and maintain good relations with publications and TV stations’ jounalists to ensure maximum positive news explosure for the company.
Admission (60%):
- Create the ways to measure and report the effectiveness of admission campaigns, collect data, and evaluate performance against objectives.
- Join to the management team to build the school tuition fees, competitive offers to recruit more students.
- Build the yearly Admission plan according to the school mission, vision & core values in each phase to meet the admission KPIs.
- Manage coordinating staff/ specialists within the Admission department.
- Create and monitor quarterly and annual admission budgets, ensuring appropriate budget allocation (optimal budget).
Organize the student files, customer data and store them logically.
Customer services (40%):
- Create effective channels to communicate to parents.
- Support the Principal, Managers of the school to solve all parents’ complaints.
- Monthly/quarterly/yearly reports & urgent reports upon requested.
- Organize the surveys of students, teachers, parents regarding to the education quality of the school.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Documents Outlook and Windows.
- Sound knowledge of working with segmented customer base to implement customer focused strategies.
- Analytical skills, able to interpret multiple data sets to identify trends.
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in school admissions.
- Commercially astute with a very good understanding of financial metrics, able to set budgets, assess P&L performance, evaluate ROI.
- A sound knowledge of the full marketing mix including strategy development and planning, campaign development, measurement and tracking, optimization.
