REQUIREMENTS
Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
No prior insurance experience required—we provide comprehensive training!
The ability to connect and interact effectively with potential customers, including phone calls, in- person & digital meetings.
Strong ability to communicate in English with both clients and managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Manager (70%)
Knock out your KPIs (& commissions) if you find your own leads
Engage with inbound leads seeking local, regional or international insurance
Perform consultations and present tailored quotes using our advanced quoting system. Explain the good & bad, help people choose the right provider & plan for their unique circumstances
Customer Service (30%)
Manage annual insurance renewals to secure your recurring income.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
Delegate administrative tasks to our in- house customer service team.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a structure designed to reward high performers:
Uncapped Commission: Competitive structure with unlimited earning potential. Experienced advisors routinely earn 50- 150M/ month, that doesn’t happen overnight. It comes with time, renewals & building a portfolio
Base Salary: 8,000,000 – 14,000,000 VND (based on skills/experience).
Passive Income: Annual renewal commissions for sustained income growth.
Growth: Ongoing professional development and training.
Work- Life Balance: Monday – Friday schedule with up to 15.5 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
Allowances: 2,000,000 VND (Lunch + Petrol).
