Carrying out other duties assigned by line manager or division head
Receive, record, and consolidate original transaction documents and input them into the accounting system to generate vouchers.
Maintain, update, and manage various document files and database systems.
Monthly work plan creation
Accounting Related Tasks, i.e. tracking payment and account receivable
Handle general accounting tasks.
Department admin work, i.e. proposals, payment, etc.
Tracing work status and summarize for review
Assist the Technical Operation Division in preparing administrative and financial reports.
Summary work daily Log and make Weekly and Monthly Report
Review invoices, receipts, and accounting records related to various expense payments.

Drafting official letters, emails, and reports
Handling administrative, logistics, and procurement tasks
Knowledge of tax, invoices, and accounting regulations
Managing documents, records, and contracts
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace
Good at documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking
Good analytical and problem- solving ability.
English proficiency preferred (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Good teamwork spirit.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail- oriented with strong planning and execution skills.
Strong learning agility and communication skills.
Having experience for developing management procedures and system is a plus
