Managing Office Supplies and Equipment
- Manage the usage of office supplies and equipment; ensure that provide timely and in sufficient quantity.
- Manage company’s and internal asset, periodically check the quality and quantity of asset, make periodical report of asset inventory
- Control and plan for purchasing stationary, furniture/equipment, and office supply.
- Manage Staff canteen
- Receive request from other departments and make detailed purchasing plan to Shopping Mall and office.
- Manage pest control service
Document Management
- Work with other departments to complete administrative procedures.
- Update, store, manage contracts and administrative documents.
Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader & Manager
