Purchasing equipment, tools and instruments
Manage rental contract for Movi center
Manage all the services for Movi operation such as: cleaning/ security/ stationery/ drinking water / parking/ rent car, hotel booking, transportation, post ...
Arrange and organize event

Cost management:

Receive and check invoices, documents before making the payment.
Expense report monthly/ or requested by line manager: manage and make the payment for all cost of Movi center and Head office

Receptionist:

Manage and store documents and contracts
Instruct employees and customers to follow company procedures at reception
Manage company seal

Perform tasks according to the instructions and assignments of the line manager

Detail oriented and well organized
Teamwork skills
1+ years’ experience in administration officer role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
College Degree or higher in economics or relevant field
