Provide administrative and coordination support to Business Development teams, ensuring efficient handling of reservations, events, guest services, and office operations.
Reservations and Coordination: Manage hotel, transportation, golf, and dining bookings; prepare guest arrival/departure lists; maintain updated promotions and offers; arrange local tours.
Guest and Client Communication: Act as primary contact for inquiries; communicate VIP requirements; assist with guest requests; meet and greet arrivals/departures; handle calls/emails professionally.
Business Development and Events Support: Schedule meetings, prepare travel itineraries and reports, update CRM, assist in event planning, RSVP tracking, and on- site support.
Administrative Duties: Support centralized admin tasks; manage procurement, HR- related matters, roster planning, document filing, and office supplies; assist onboarding and international bookings.
System Enhancement Projects: Collaborate with internal teams to support system upgrades, process improvements, and testing to enhance operational efficiency.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
2+ years administrative experience, ideally in hospitality/casino.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
