Financial Reporting
- Manages the accounting team, overseeing the daily activities of the team in the following areas
Checking of inventory master data
Support in computation and submission for WHT
Perform monthly FG reconciliation, average cost for all inventory type etc
Provide guidance on e- invoicing matters
Support in price monitoring
Support in the annual review of slow- moving stocks and stock take
Inventory related transactions and postings, intercompany related transactions etc
Perform cost analysis on expenses
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards and current financial legislation.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Audit Coordination
- Involve and providing support in external, internal and government related audit activities
Internal Control
- Ensure that key controls for Finance and Accounting are in place and effectively implemented in the company processes
- Review and provide suggestions on areas of improvement and controls where required
General
- Be a main support in events like annual financial audit, tax audit , annual stock takes etc.
- Support assignment of ad hoc projects as required.
- Able to work closely with the accounting team and various departments to resolve issues and improvement plans
- Leading and developing the team, ensuring appropriate technical skill sets are in place.
