Accounting Manager/Senior Accountant Executive

Responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial activities of the company in accordance with Vietnamese and international accounting standards.
Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and management reports as required by the Board of Directors and the Singapore headquarters.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director to support overall operations.
Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other financial partners.
Coordinate the review and standardization of internal accounting and financial procedures.
Control accounting data and documents to ensure accuracy and transparency.
COMMUNICATE, REPORT, AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION IN ENGLISH WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT IN SINGAPORE.
Manage the accounting team, assign tasks, and supervise work performance effectively.

Strong skills in collaboration, communication, persuasion, negotiation, and flexible problem- solving.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects
Good English skills (report writing, email communication, and basic conversation).
Proficient in accounting and finance operations, with a solid understanding of current legal regulations.
Strong ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate tasks effectively
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, independent work, and the ability to work under high pressure.
Sharp problem- solving skills, able to work independently with good communication skills
At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position or as a senior general accountant.
Demonstrates honesty, attention to detail, and agility in work conduct and task execution
Proficient in accounting software (MISA, FAST, or ERP systems), KiotViet, and Excel.
Graduated with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
