Accounting Manager (logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export experience)

Act as a financial advisor to the General Director on cost policy, cash flow management, and financial strategies in the short, medium, and long term.
Review and verify the accuracy and legitimacy of accounting documents, contracts, and transactions related to logistics services, transportation, warehousing, import and export activities.
Manage and train the accounting team; assign tasks appropriately to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Ensure confidentiality of financial data, accounting information, and internal controls.
Develop, implement, and supervise internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, cost control, revenue and profit management.
Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities such as Tax Department, Customs, Auditors, Department of Planning and Investment... regarding inspections, audits, and financial reporting.
Organize periodic asset inventory; monitor the use of assets, tools, goods and assess usage efficiency.
Analyze financial data periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually) to support the Board of Directors in decision- making: evaluating business performance, capital efficiency, cost control, and proposing financial improvement solutions.
Organize, manage, and oversee all accounting and financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with current laws and in alignment with the characteristics of the logistics – forwarding industry.
Plan and monitor budgets, cash flows, tax reports, and tax finalization (CIT, VAT, etc.), ensuring all tax obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Capable of financial analysis, budgeting, tax reporting, and compliance
High attention to detail, responsibility, and leadership mindset
In- depth knowledge of VAS; familiarity with IFRS is a plus
Proficient in English (particularly in logistics/accounting contexts)
Proficient in MISA/FMS accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export companies preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance Chief Accountant Certificate is mandatory
3–5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager
