Role & Responsibilities
● Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
● Assist in all accounting system and verify Documents and invoices
● Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
● Assisting with annual audit preparations.
● Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
● Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
● Performing other accounting duties.
● Preparing financial reports.
● Coordinate with related agencies
● Knowledge of taxes, filing and calculating taxes.
● Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
● In charge of accounting for some customers
● Archive documents: filing documents, Debit advice, Credit advice, Bank statement...
Are you the right fit?
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese.
● Working knowledge of tax laws.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
● Strong organizational and stress management skills.
● Good in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) is required
● Dynamic, enthusiastic high sense of responsibility, integrity with “can do” attitude
● Ability to work with little to no supervision.
● Bachelor&039;s degree in accounting or finance required.
● Good interpersonal skills and commitment to the accounting profession.
● From 2- year experience in General Accountant position or working in accounting service company.
