Accounting Assistant Manager-Audit Firm Background

Performing other daily tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Prepare VAT and PIT, CIT reports, report on the use of invoices and tax declarations
Reconcile internal transactions during the month
Guide accountants in handling and accounting for arising accounting transactions, accounting for revenue, expenses, inventory, assets, tax
Check daily arising accounting transactions into accounting software to ensure these accounting transactions have correct accounts.
Check monthly purchase and sale invoices: check and compare invoices with the software whether they match.
Complete transferring entries ( monthly report)

At least 2- 3 year experience in Audit firms/Big4.
Knowledge in CIT, PIT, VAT
Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, problem- solving skills.
Good at Microsoft Office, experience in working with ERP system
Proficient in English or Japanese (Both verbal and written communication)
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance field
