Your role purpose
The Accountant is responsible for overseeing and executing all type of accounting tasks to ensure accurate books and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves preparing and filing taxes, managing accounting entries and general ledger, and supporting audits. The role ensures adherence to internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies.
Your Essential Duties and Responsiblities

Optimizes the accounting process automation via ERP
Participate to the monthly closings, process, making sure it’s agile, timely and reliable
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Prepare day- to- day journal entries and ensure accurate financial transactions in the GL
Supports yearly external audits for Recover’s legal entities
Control AP and AR accounts, support on cash collections
Assist inventory control and physical counts
Assist preparing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and analyze variances
Assist on Inter- company balances and reconciliation
Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather financial data and provide financial insights and support
Prepare Tax returns and ensuring timely payments
Prepare VAT invoice and accounting paperwork supporting sales activities

Good communication skills, high attention to detail and critical thinking, problem solving oriented, pro- active, team work oriented, accountable, self- learning, teamwork, willing to learn and grow with the company
Skeptical, demands clarity and proof before acceptance.

Education and qualification required

From 3 years’ experience in Accounting
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Deep knowledge of VAS – Vietnam Accounting standards
Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Accounting/ Administration/ Finance
Good English (written and spoken); Travelling might be required.
Experience in other IFRS s is desirable and Microsoft Dynamics D365FO is a plus.
Experience in International Companies/ different cultures
