Accountant cum Sales Admin (Bac Ninh) Lpkf Laser & Electronics Việt Nam

Responsibilities:
 Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to foster professional development
 Engage with customers for sales inquiries and maintain excellent after sales customer service
 Handle ad- hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management
 Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely communication of pricing and product information
 Prepare Installation and Acceptance Documents
 Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in accounting practices
 Handle/Prepare Quotations, Order Confirmations and Invoices for Service Visits including Maintenance Contracts if necessary
 Conduct regular reconciliation of financial transactions to maintain accuracy in accounting records
 Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and systems

Requirements:
 Showcase excellent customer service skills
 Advanced level of English in both writing and speaking
 Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities
 Intermediate knowledge of accounting, including tax compliance, financial reports, and loan management
 Uphold a careful and responsible working attitude
 Demonstrate experience in writing quotations and invoices
 Show intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
 Ability to handle stress in a professional manner
