Check payment and related documents for Signage, Ipayment, Listing fee, Display, Flagship.
- Post transactions in NAV with full purchase invoice information and dimension (GL, cost center, budget code, brand code, area code, etc…)
- Ensuring payment document complies with the internal policy, tax regulation, including 3- ways matching (signage) with fully relevant supporting document as requires according to company procedures.
- Verifying legally invoice issued by supplier.
Provide support in internal and external audit, tax audit (where and when required).
Monthly report: Reconcile Dragon and Navision.
Verify contract: Check outlet information on Dragon system versus signed contract: outlet name, outlet code, signature, beneficiary name, bank account.

* Educational / minimum requirements:
Good communicate by English
At least 2 years’ experience with large foreign invested companies specialized in industrial manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree of finance/ accounting field.
Computer skill: Microsoft office, ERP
* Skills:
Good communication skill and teamwork
Be careful and agile.
Can work under high pressure with tight deadline
