Accountant Assistant (6-Month contract) Lr-Tek

We are seeking a diligent and detail- oriented Temporary Accountant to join our team for a 6- month period. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records during this temporary assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining financial records: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
- Processing invoices and payments: Handle incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and process payments in a timely manner.
- Assisting with tax preparation and filing: Support the preparation and filing of tax documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Managing the Representative office&039;s budget and expenses: Monitor and manage the budget and expenses of the Representative office, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Other tasks when assigned: Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the finance team and the organization.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or related roles.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
