JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic & Planning
Design customized sponsorship and activation plans that combine digital media, influencers, brand activation, and creator- based content.
Propose strategic solutions that align with TikTok’s ecosystem (livestream, UGC, short video, affiliate, KOL/KOC).
Analyze client briefs to understand branding, communication, and business objectives.
Proposal & Execution
Lead the development of proposals, concept decks, and strategic sponsorship packages.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Media, Creator Ops) to craft and refine proposals.
Present strategies and proposals to clients during pitching, and handle client Q&A professionally.
Performance Optimization
Update planning documentation, client decks, and internal toolkits with new trends and case studies.
Coordinate with BD to maintain a library of up- to- date standard proposals and solution templates.
Monitor campaign performance and collect client/market feedback to improve future sponsorship solutions.
REQUIREMENT
Background:
1- 3 years of experience in a similar position at an agency or company specializing in digital/performance/E- commerce.
Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads) and e- commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
University graduate (preferably in marketing, communications, or related fields).
Soft skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and solution- finding skills in terms of projects.
Orientation to be a positive and strong leader.
Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful.
Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Competency skills:
Have advanced knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trends.
Good written skills, particularly in proposals and presentations.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
Passionate and driven in everything you do, and filtering that approach through the teams and the organization as a whole.
Proven track record of delivery on projects in terms of time, budget, and other client KPIs.
