Scope of the job:
Provide support to the Head of Department and ensure all executive and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively
To develop and maintain strong relationship with customers.
Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to address customers&039; needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities:
Account Manager:
Manage a portfolio of Clients (Corporates and Insurers)
Data entry and maintenance of Corporate Client database
New client/ insurer implementation and onboarding process
Prepare Client’s Documents including but not limited to Contracts, Client handbook, Brown- label design, E- card, Service Guidelines, Forms, etc… online on Mobile Application, Client Portal or offline if required
Maintain Client relationships and upsell of services
Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure resolution of issues raised
Receive and respond to Client enquiries through calls, emails, meetings
Prepare and implement presentation to Clients
Assist with Client audits and due diligence
Other tasks assigned by the company
Preparation of Client reports
Ensure renewal with at least 95% portfolio in terms of lives and revenue
Undertake any ad- hoc tasks assigned by the superior
Handle escalations and complaints, including troubleshooting and investigations
Business Development:
Develop sales opportunities through existing clients and partners
Ensure the upsell of all FHVI services and products
Other tasks assigned by the company
Create detailed business analysis
Follow- up on sales meetings, preparation of quotes and documentations
Drive strategic plans and responsible for actionable projects
Ensuring smooth and effective sales operations and implementations (Due diligence, audits etc)

Requirments:
Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point
Ability to manage complex projects and multi- task
Able to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent Communication skills and be able to give professional advice
Will be a plus if have experience in Corporate Healthcare, Medical Benefit, Insurance, or Customer Service
At least 2- year experience in corporate account management
Be able to use English in work
Communication and negotiations skills
