About the role
RICE Content & Media Group looking for an Account Manager to own relationships with our commercial clients across branded content, TVC, and integrated campaign work. You are the bridge between the client&039;s marketing objectives and RICE&039;s creative and production teams- keeping clients confident, projects profitable, and briefs sharp before they reach production. Unlike network agency account roles, you&039;ll work directly alongside the people making the work: producers, editors, and channel teams under one roof.
Key responsibilities

Client management
Manage client expectations on timelines, budgets, and creative direction
Serve as the primary day- to- day contact for assigned commercial clients
Measured by: client retention rate, repeat business ratio, client satisfaction feedback
Lead status meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews
Build long- term relationships that lead to repeat business and expanded scopes
IMC campaign planning
Measured by: brief quality (revision rounds needed before production), proposal win rate
Contribute to integrated campaign proposals spanning video content, social, channel distribution, and paid media coordination
Translate client marketing objectives into clear creative and production briefs
Work with the Head of Content and Digital team to ensure campaign ideas are creatively strong and executable
Production coordination & creative judgment
Consolidate, prioritize, and interpret client feedback- giving constructive, actionable direction to creative and post teams, not just relaying comments
Measured by: on- time delivery rate, number of client- side revision rounds post- delivery
Own final delivery sign- off with the client, following RICE&039;s delivery standards
Represent the client throughout production, from pre- production alignment through final delivery
Work with Senior Producers on scope, schedule, and budget
Exercise sound creative judgment: able to assess whether work meets both the brief and RICE&039;s quality standards before it reaches the client
Commercial ownership
Track project profitability and flag scope creep early
Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts (additional deliverables, channel placements, content retainers)
Manage each account professionally and profitably
Prepare quotations and scopes of work with the finance team
Measured by: account profitability vs. quote, first- pass invoice acceptance rate, incremental revenue from existing accounts
Requirements
3–5 years in account management at a creative/production agency or media company (5+ for Senior level)
Solid grasp of video production workflows- costs, post timelines, realistic schedules
Demonstrated ability to brief and give constructive feedback to creative teams
Hands- on experience running IMC campaigns across TVC, digital video, social, and activation
Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Strong presentation and negotiation skills in Vietnamese and English
Nice to have
Existing client relationships in FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle categories
Familiarity with sponsorship and branded content commercial models
Experience with YouTube/social channel content, not just one- off campaigns
