Business Development
Manage the full customer journey — from initial outreach, solution consultation, contract negotiation, campaign execution to reporting and post- campaign optimization.
Proactively plan, identify, and approach both existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
Account & Campaign Management
Oversee detailed execution of campaign deliverables including content production, partner benefits, budget management, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
Work with internal teams to propose content plans, execution scripts, and platform distribution to ensure effective message delivery and optimized outcomes (buzz, engagement, sales…).
Allocate budgets and ensure delivery of committed media performance (KPIs).
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across key metrics: communication (reach, engagement, buzz, etc.) and commercial impact (GMV, ROAS, orders, etc.).
Contribute to strategy development for selecting KOLs/KOCs/Influencers/Communities tailored to each campaign type (PR, livestream, affiliate, social media, etc.).
Act as the central liaison among clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Receive client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop, propose, and present campaign solutions that meet both communication and commercial objectives.
Consolidate, prepare, and present regular and final campaign reports with actionable recommendations for future optimization.
Manage external partners (KOLs, KOCs, MCNs), ensuring commitments, timelines, and quality standards are met; propose alternatives when necessary.
Paperwork Management
Track and ensure all campaign- related documentation with clients is accurate and complete.
Monitor and update client payment status in a timely manner.
Client & Partner Relations
Develop and implement client care policies to strengthen long- term relationships with customers and partners.
