The Digital Account Manager works with their Regional Account Director to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This includes working closely with clients to establish specific marketing needs and identifying business opportunities to meet these needs. Once specific needs are identified this role is responsible for helping to recognize and implement solutions that will contribute to achieving client goals. As a senior member of the team, your duties also include taking financial responsibility for your assigned projects.
Your Key Responsibilities Management and Execution
● Drive revenue growth, profitability and identifying opportunities for cross- sell.
● Ensure all communications reflect the Hello Health standards and assist in developing a positive client experience
● Building and maintaining excellent key operations and senior client relationships.
● Foresees and identifies opportunities and formulates plans to manage and exploit them to drive the business
● Persuasive and confident approach to digital ideas that support broader brand strategy with an awareness of end to end services.

● Be action and solution oriented at all times
● Review and manage project budgets under your direction to success
● Manage tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution
● Lead cross- functional teams in delivering digital marketing programs
● Lead, inspire and mentor a client service and delivery team to identify and deliver the best possible digital solutions and client service.
● With the team, manage project execution to ensure processes are being following and that projects comply with regulatory requirements

● Relentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s businesses
● Articulate client’s brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations
● Shapes and drives direction and activity on a given piece of business; recognizes and advances big ideas
● Develop a detailed understanding of HHG service offering, be able to identify opportunities and lead presentations of responses and pitches to the client
● Stay tuned into new digital trends, industry innovation through self- managed research and learning, as well as participating in HHG coordinated learning activities.
● Strategic Account Management ensuring revenue and client satisfaction KPI’s are achieved
● Contribute to the development of the account plan for each client
● Work closely with the internal resources to develop strategic thinking for account planning and new opportunities including timely reporting.
● Understand client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
