ACCOUNT MANAGER (EVENT)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise the entire project execution process to ensure quality, budget compliance, and deadlines are met.
Take full responsibility for the financial performance of the project, including budget control and payment follow- ups.
Manage, coach, and support Account Executives or junior team members (if any).
Consult and advise clients on strategic directions, propose creative and practical solutions that align with their budget and objectives.
Maintain and nurture strong client relationships; proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential clients.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, operations, production, suppliers, etc.).
Report to the Account Director or Management Board on project progress and performance.
Manage event projects (Indoor/ Outdoor Event, Music Show, Marathon activation campaigns, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, etc.) from client brief to post- event wrap- up.
Prepare and deliver proposals, cost estimates, project timelines, and execution plans.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record in managing a variety of event formats and scales.
5–7 years of experience in event/activation agencies, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Good command of English in both speaking and writing is a strong advantage.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and budget handling.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
Strong strategic thinking, problem- solving skills, and ability to perform well under pressure.
