Account Manager – Enterprise IT

Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager to support enterprise customer acquisition in Vietnam.This role is suitable for candidates with strong B2B IT sales foundations who want to grow into large enterprise and regional deals.
Key Responsibilities
Represent IGS in client meetings and partner activities
Manage pipeline and reporting via CRM
Develop and manage enterprise customer opportunities in Vietnam
Build relationships with IT decision- makers (CIO, IT Managers, Heads of IT)
Own sales activities from lead qualification to deal closure
Work closely with technical and vendor teams to build solutions

Key Requirements
Nice- to- have
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Self- driven and comfortable in a growing organization
Ability to manage sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Experience selling software, IT services, or system integration
3- 5 years of B2B IT sales or account management experience
Must- have
Knowledge of ITSM / DevOps / Enterprise platforms
Experience with enterprise customers (FSI, Telco, large corporates)
Familiarity with procurement or compliance processes
