Duties and Responsibilities:
- Encourage upsells and cross- sells.
- Lead the project and co- ordinate with all departments to make sure the best quality outcome
- Day- to- day management, build and keep relationship with clients
- Control of client budget (estimate, invoices, monthly reconciliation)
- Responsible for primary tracking and analysis of client/business/category information and progress of execution of projects
- Manage project timeline. Anticipate issues and propose the solutions
- Working with the client to establish their aims and objectives
- Monitoring the success of the campaign as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary
- Issuing status report and running status meetings
- Recommend, evaluate and supervise all 3rd party’s activities
- Competitor’s reviews, regularly practice market/store check
- Make sure target and profit achievement
- Collaboration with media to define the budget to media channels to maximize the budget effectiveness
- Be the voice of the customer. In- depth understanding of customer likes and dislikes about your products, which can be discovered through surveys, reviews, referrals, and more.
- Analysting existing data, market reports and trends
- Advocate for the company. Growing business from current clients and new pitch.
- Presenting ideas and conclusions to the client
- Third party coordination and paperwork
Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, enjoy multi- task working.
- Management (Plan- do- check- act) principles & leadership (role model of company’s core values, involved others in team decisions & actions, support team achieve goals)
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field, especially agency.
- Market trends, needs, and company competitive advantages
- Communication and marketing, especially digital marketing / PR, tools and know how for the services line of Mekong Communications
- Passionate about digital marketing, with a general thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new platforms and channels
- Patient and responsible for handling work with clients. Never let go. Never give up.
- Strong orientation & negotiation skill.
