Job description:
Our Account Managers are relationship builders. They form an indestructible bond between our clients and us. Guardians who strive to uphold every brand’s ethos, they are always doing the right thing even when it’s easier not to. Unafraid to speak their mind, they are prepared to face the darkest moments and come out stronger.
Key Responsibilities:
Day- to- day activities will change constantly to meet business growth
Maintain accurate records of budgets, contact reports, campaign reports, etc.
Help ensure campaigns reach its performance goals
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
Keenly monitor campaigns with the aim to optimise results
Work closely with the wider consortium to deliver 360 solutions
Discuss and identify clients’ communications needs
Lead and manage assigned clients
Identify client growth opportunities
Customise new business proposals that are meaningful and compelling
Qualifications:
Understanding of branding and communications preferred
Microsoft office proficiency
Be energetic and passionate with a can- do spirit
Possess strong project management skills
Being hand- head- heart trailblazer, being resilient to together with other TMRWers build up the agency you love to work with
At least 3 years’ experience in an advertising agency or related field
Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well- organised and able to multitask accurately
Strong skills in digital/ social and digital/ social marketing
Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
