We are looking for a dynamic and results- driven Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing clients in the APAC, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and acting as a key liaison between our clients and internal delivery teams.

Requirements:
- Strong customer- centric mindset, with a passion for building long- term partnerships.
- Good English communication
- Familiarity with solution selling approaches (e.g. SPIN, Sandler, or similar consultative methodologies) is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of IT, software development, SaaS is a plus
- Growth mindset with the ability to self- study, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Proven Sales or Account Executive experience (minimum 3 years) in IT services, software development, or digital/tech solutions.

Compensations:
- Working time: 8h30- 18h Monday to Friday
