Account Management Associate

What you will be doing:

Collaborate with Marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns;
Manage customer information and build relationships after they successfully onboard;
Handle office tasks, generate weekly reports;
Coordinate with other departments to make the business operations of the company go smoothly;
Coordinate with Accounting department to control customers payment process;
Coordinate with Customer Service to handle complaints within a defined SOP;
Track and analyze customer data to classify potential customers;
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers via phone and e- mail.

Excellent problem solving skills;
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel;
Good research skills and detailed- oriented;
Fluency in Vietnamese, proficiency in English a plus;
Able to work under pressure/tight deadline;
At least 2 years related working experience.
Able to work independently;
University Degree or equivalent Advanced Diploma related major.
