Job Description
Client Service

Manage the day- to- day relationship and communication with clients
Schedule and prepare for meetings
Understand client demands and solution consult

Project Management

Project planning and tasks scheduling
Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordinating with various parties: Content, Production, Technical, suppliers, … to deliver the campaign meet client’s objectives
Debrief effectively to internal team members
Progress monitoring and reporting
Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
Direct, measure, and report progress towards project goals

Paperwork (5%)

Review commercial contracts and progress monthly payments
