Key Responsibilities :
Client Management & Relationship Building
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and account performance.
• Build and maintain long- term, trust- based relationships with clients to foster retention and loyalty.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of client needs.
Factory Coordination & Regional Order Execution
• Export and manage purchase orders (POs) for regional and international accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Work closely with factory teams to align production schedules and ensure timely delivery of client orders.
• Monitor production timelines and coordinate with logistics to address potential delays, maintaining transparency with clients.
Operational Excellence & Account Support
• Support reporting efforts by generating performance and market trend analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up- to- date records for client accounts, including orders, preferences, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure inventory availability and timely shipment of client orders.
• Oversee order processing, invoicing, and payment tracking to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
Product & Merchandising Support
• Assist with creating tailored proposals and promotional plans to drive upselling and cross- selling opportunities.
• Provide client feedback to internal teams, including Product Development and Marketing, to improve offerings and experiences.
• Manage and update client- facing product information, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional activities.
Key Skills and Experience
Core Qualifications
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and cross- functional collaboration.
• Experience: 1–3 years in account management, client service, or merchandising, with supply chain or factory coordination experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks while meeting deadlines.
Technical Skills
• Familiarity with order processing systems and logistics software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Personal Attributes
• Strong problem- solving skills and adaptability to address dynamic client needs and market conditions.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in POs, account records, and client communications.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
