JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities
The Account Executive supports Head in managing client communication and coordinating ongoing projects. This role ensures smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams, helping deliver marketing campaigns effectively and on schedule.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Support basic planning tasks such as research, insights, gathering, and developing campaign directions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Manage day- to- day client communication and project coordination.
• Receive client briefs and work with internal teams (Creative, Content, Production) to execute projects.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project progress.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
• Fluent English in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is required
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communication, production or agency environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced startup environment.
Software:
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with presentation and collaboration tools is preferred.
