JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities
The Account Executive supports Head of Studio in managing client communication and coordinating ongoing projects. This role ensures smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams, helping deliver marketing campaigns effectively and on schedule.
• Support basic planning tasks such as research, insights, gathering, and developing campaign directions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Manage day- to- day client communication and project coordination.
• Receive client briefs and work with internal teams (Creative, Content, Production) to execute projects.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project progress.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communication, or agency environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced startup environment.
• Fluent 4 English skill is required
Software:
• Familiarity with presentation and collaboration tools is preferred.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
