The Miracle Vietnam is a Social Outreach–driven agency specializing in Influencer Marketing, Community Engagement, and Integrated Social Campaigns across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
As an Account Executive, you will be the day- to- day driver ensuring campaigns run smoothly from brief to delivery- connecting clients, internal teams, and creators/talent partners. You will safeguard quality, timelines, and consistency across deliverables, while bringing proactive solutions and optimisation thinking to every project.
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Consultancy:
- Proactively suggest upsell/cross- sell opportunities. (nice- to- have)
- Receive client briefs, clarify business context, refine objectives, success metrics, and deliverable scope.
- Own day- to- day client communications: meeting notes, action lists, next steps, and expectation management.
Campaign Execution & QA
- Route consolidated feedback to Creators/KOL via Content team; manage revision rounds and approvals.
- Manage go- live schedule: confirm posting time, assets, tags/hashtags, links/codes; monitor live posts and troubleshoot issues fast.
- Coordinate internal briefings with Content/Social Outreach; ensure everyone is aligned on objectives & guardrails.
- Review and QA influencer deliverables (scripts/captions/visual guidelines/video- photo posts) against brand tone, messaging.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Build and maintain working dashboards/decks: reach/view, engagement rate.
- Benchmark each influencer’s output; recommend optimisations.
- Deliver post- campaign reports and case studies.
Cross- functional Collaboration
- Stakeholder management: escalate risks early, communicate clearly and succinctly across directions.
- Foster seamless collaboration with internal functions and external vendors/partner agencies to deliver as one team.
Requirements
- Hands- on with social- listening tools is a big plus.
- Be self- servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
- Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result- oriented.
- Skill: Project management, Organizational skills; Multi- tasking; Communication skill
- Platforms: Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Experience: Have 1+ years in Account / Influencer Marketing role, preferably agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing/ Business is a plus.
- Knowledge: Social Media; Data Analytics tool/software is a big plus
- Personality: Have ownership mindset- "can do" attitude.
- Experience in project management with flexibility to adapt to various project situations
- Be good at English skills are preferred
