Academic Coordinator (Nhân Viên Học Thuật)

Curriculum Development:
Create and continuously improve a comprehensive curriculum for online and offline classes, ensuring it aligns with the latest concepts and practices.
Develop engaging and age- appropriate educational materials to facilitate learning among students.
Design engaging and hands- on projects and activities to foster student learning.Quality Assurance:
Create tests and assess the effectiveness of the program
Monitor and evaluate the quality of classroom instruction and student outcomes.
Directly oversee the quality of the program implementation by instructors, ensuring it is done correctly. Establishing an evaluation process involving both instructors and students.Educational Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and pedagogical research in Finance / Coding education.
Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies into the curriculum.
Research and propose teaching models that align with the company&039;s development direction.Teacher Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for teachers to ensure they are well- equipped to teach our Finance / Coding courses effectively.
Provide ongoing support, feedback, and professional development opportunities for teaching staff.Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to organize events, competitions, and workshops
Work closely with the management team to ensure the academic program aligns with the center&039;s overall mission and goals.

Ability to foster collaboration and trust, work collegially, and inspire others to high levels of performance
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from local, national, and international constituencies
Excellent communication and creative- thinking skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Ability to think independently, thoroughly, and critically in fast- paced contexts
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
