99907 - Chinese Speaking - Trading Staff cum Assistant - Manufacturing

- Work Location: Huyện Cần Giuộc, Tỉnh Long An

- Monthly Salary: 17M ~ 24,4M

<Position Objective/Expectation >- As this is a new set- up company, you will need to multi- task and have flexible work arrangements.

・Check whether the products you are importing from overseas can be imported.
・Interact with customs and state agencies
・Verify documents and complete customs formalities related to the import and export of goods
・ Interpretation between the Factory Manager and staff
・Monitor raw materials, and product data and coordinate with the accounting department,
・ Other tasks assigned by the Japanese director or Chinese factory Manager
・Be familiar with customs procedures, circulars, ordinances, and regulations in the import and export field
・Other duties will be assigned by the department head to support the team and other departments as needed.
・Creation and adjustment of bill of materials and production standards (BOM)
・Implement, monitor, and resolve issues related to imports and exports
・Prepare annual settlement report for customs

・Good understanding new set- up company&039;s situation
・Language: Chinese Business level
English Intermediates level ( can read and write)
・Age: 28- 40
・Collage Degree
・Good understanding Trading process
・Gender: Females prefer
・Proficient in Microsoft Office & have good PC skill
・Can work flexible
・Good understanding of Japanese company&039;s culture
・Over 3 years of working experience as trading staff.

・Having good accountant skill
・Having trading skill
・Having Japanese skills
