Job Summary
The 3D Compositor is responsible for combining 3D renders, CGI elements, and live- action footage to produce high- quality final images that meet technical and artistic standards.
Key Responsibilities

Integrate CGI with live- action footage while ensuring realistic lighting, color, and scale
Perform color correction and color matching across multiple layers
Perform roto, paint, and cleanup tasks for live- action footage
Collaborate closely with 3D Artists, Lookdev, Lighting teams, and VFX Supervisors
Execute camera tracking, object tracking, and matchmove
Work with 3D layers including cameras, depth, and lighting passes in the compositing pipeline
Revise shots based on internal and client feedback
Composite 3D render passes (beauty, diffuse, specular, shadow, Z- depth, AOVs, etc.)
Optimize node trees for performance and maintain clean, organized setups

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good eye for lighting, perspective, scale, and realism
Solid knowledge of CGI/VFX compositing pipelines
Proficiency in Nuke (preferred) and/or Adobe After Effects
Strong understanding of roto, tracking, and match move workflows
Good understanding of 3D layers, cameras, depth, and render passes
