Position: Career Advisor in Hanoi | Chuyên viên Tư vấn (cho Ứng viên)- Ngành Tuyển dụng Nhân sự

Responsibility

*Probation period- Sourcing Staff (2 months)
・Calling candidates list to check candidates&039; update status and introduce/email suitable jobs to the candidates
・Arranging interviews between candidates and consultants
・Other supporting tasks assigned by the team manager
・Searching suitable candidates by using internal resources and social networks (Facebook, Zalo & LinkedIn)

*After probation period- Career Advisor
・Provide the suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply
・Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the purpose written
・ Search suitable candidates by using internal resources.
・Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their life, by providing the job market tendency and information.
・Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment.
・Maintain strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system
・Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed.
・Calling existing Candidate List to update their working status
・Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
Contribute to the job- seeking candidates by providing them a better chance to develop themselves and give advice to let them think more deeply about their career
・Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but "understanding" them by asking about several aspects of their job and career.

- Working location: Gelex Tower, 52 Lê Đại Hành, Hai Bà Trưng, Hà Nội

- Monthly Salary: 9,000,000～13,000,000VND

Requirements
- Gender: Any
- Educational Background: College Degree or above
- Age: 23- 28
- Language: English- Intermediate Level (internal communication)
- Working Experiences:
・Fresh graduate candidates having part- time or internship experience in the recruitment agency can apply.
・Have skills in using Facebook to post jobs and search for candidates
・Candidates having experience as consultants for Japanese- speaking jobs can start the Career Advisor position from probation time.
- Be familiar with the Japanese working style and culture

· Highly ambitious to achieve the target (possess target- oriented mind)
· Willing to enjoy working in a rapid- changing environment, and in a high- intensity condition
· Has the sense of client- oriented, mind and thought
· Get familiar with Micro- Management Style (Check KPI daily & weekly)
