Job description
- Provide post- sales customer service and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Research and study the company&039;s products to introduce, advise, and answer customer inquiries.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Seek new customer sources, build customer data, and expand relationships.
- Monitor customer orders on a monthly and quarterly basis, according to commitments.
- Negotiate and discuss pricing and contracts with customers. Finalize the deal and assist customers in signing the contract.
- Frequent domestic and international business trips to build and maintain long- term client relationships.

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Solve the work within the time limit
・Language: Japanese and English- Intermediate Level
・Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
・Weekly /monthly/quarterly planning skills
・Ability to make decisions that can impact the results of the sec../company
・Experience: At least 2 years&039; experience in B2B sales
・Need to communicate with local and foreign customers
・Education: College Diploma or higher
Preferable Skill / Experience・Experience in sales in the printing and packaging industry is a plus
