- Manage the marketing strategy for sales through e- commerce channels.

• Conduct external platform advertisements and support ad discovery initiatives.
• Set and manage advertising budgets for major campaigns.
• Provide regular campaign performance reports and improvement suggestions.
• Execute and optimize performance marketing
• Monitor campaign pacing, cost, and performance; identify early signs of underperformance.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing goals.

・Language: English- Business Level or above
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree (Marketing or related major)
・Experience: Experience in e- commerce business
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Data- driven mindset with strong problem- solving skills.
- Having good knowledge & experience in EC Marketing
- Good knowledge of EC business
- Hands- on experience in digital advertising

・Others:
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data reporting.
- Strong analytical and data- driven mindset.
- Have good PC Skills
・Having knowledge of consumer business (Retail sales, EC sales, etc.)
