122042 - QA Manager - Foods and Beverage

- Work Location: Binh Tan District, HCMC

<Expectation>- It is a position responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured in compliance with international standards.

- Report to management on quality performance and improvements.
- Lead internal and external audits for certifications like ISO 22000, BRC, and FSSC.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead and manage a team of QA specialists.
- Oversee quality control for all stages, from raw materials to final products.

・Language: English- Intermediate Level (Able to read and write emails and documents)
・Education: Bachelor&039;s degree related to Food: Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Engineering or etc.
・Experience:
- More than 3- 4 years of experience with ISO, BRC, and FSSC certifications in the food manufacturing industry.
- Have worked in a leadership role in QA
・PC Skills: Proficient in Excel

・PC Skills: Experience in data analysis (statistics) is a plus.
・Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a QA Manager is highly preferred.
・Language: Japanese is a plus.
