Responsibility
・Ensure that all local national building codes and regulations, safety, and the Client&039;s standard requirements are followed.
・Ensure to liaise with the authority
・Manage the Project site team while motivating the team
・Manage, control, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
・Proceed while considering the delivery, safety, quality, and environmental issues.
・Establish good communication with the Project Manager (Japanese), team members, and stakeholders.
・Prepare detailed schedules and ensure to meet the timeline and budget.
・Collaborate with architects, engineers, MEP contractors, and other specialists.
- Working location: Hanoi, Hai Duong
- Monthly Salary: 48,000,000～72,000,000VND

Requirements

・Language: English- Business level
・Gender: Male only
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in construction, architect majors.
・Age: 35- 45 years old
・Experience:
- Have leadership skills.
- Have working experience as a Construction Manager, working with commercial buildings.

<Preferred personality>Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills.
