- Work Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

- Monthly Salary: 15M ~ 25M

・New staff recruitment especially for IT engineer
Searching and approaching candidates by yourself
・Legal tasks support (checking laws and regulations, preparing legal documents, etc.)
・Human resource planning (Hiring, supporting the introduction of training and evaluation systems)
・General Affairs (to be handled together with the current accounting staff)
・Labor management support (contract/attendance management, union support)
・Other support tasks assigned by the Vietnamese Leader

・Gender: Female Prefer
・Education: College diploma or higher
・Experience: More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources in any industry (Not only Admin)
・Others: Positive attitude and willingness to work with inexperienced
・Language: Japanese Conversational Level
・Age: 23- 30

・More than 1 year of hiring IT engineers in the IT industry or Human resource industry (Not only for using an HR agency but also searching for IT engineer candidates by yourself)
・Experience as a communicator in an IT company
・Experience of negotiating with labor unions in Vietnam
・Experience in Japanese companies
・Knowledge of accounting
・Experience in planning or proposals for projects in a leadership position in which they are made
