Senior Source To Pay Accountant 17 Apr 17 - Present

- Receiving, validate and booking supplier invoices.
- Ensure that invoices matched with PO (if available), for non-PO invoices, ensure they are compliance with process and policy.
- Accroding to company policy, review and check for compliance of payment request.
- Send payment documents to appropriate finance approvers according to approval matrix.

- Process payments for suppliers bases on the payment term agreed with supplier.

- Record payment transactions on ERP system.

- Prepare payment file to upload to HSBC banking system, send to appropriate level to review and approve.

- For travel expense reports, check employee's limit for meals, transportation and lodging, appropriate level approval and compliance with policy.

- Receiving inter-company purchasing invoices, check the price, do booking.

- Prepare documents for purchasing foreign currency (FX deal confirmation).

- Prepare supporting documents for bank and process inter-co payment transactions.

- Modify COGS expenses data file which received from Supply Chain team, reconcile with GIT report to ensure the data is correct.

- Booking COGS expenses and prepare reconcile file.

- Review last month accrual file and prepare accrual data file for COGS expenses for next month.

- AP closing and check reports.

- Reconcile GL and TB balance to ensure there is no difference for accounts in my responsibility. Resolve issue immediately as soon as find out.

- Review AP Aging report.

- Review outstanding PO.

- Reconcile inter-co purchase transactions and balance.

- Prepare data for DPO report review.

- Testing and implementing successfully for concur travel expense system: improve effectively for travel expense reports process.

- Analyzing expenses and suggest some improvements for department owner to increase savings: suggest increase saving for $30M in transportation expense.
