Underwriting Service Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Carry out other tasks when assigned by upper management
• Participate in evaluating quality and expanding Panel Doctor network
• Verify and sign off underwriting cases for lower authorized- level underwriter within approved authority
• Manage quality and productivity of groups underwriters
• Collaborate with other sections/stakeholders/partners resolve underwriting issues
• Participate in developing underwriting guideline and updating forms if changes
• Manage, coach and develop underwriters
• Handle complaints of customers and agents regarding underwriting decisions
• Underwrite new proposals/existing policies within approved authority
• Ensure compliance with Company’s policies
Job Accountability
• Controlling panels doctor and training new staff
• Management UW team Hanoi
• Training for sale force especially in the North.
• Report directly to Chief underwriter
• Overview and controlling underwriting technical for UW team in Hanoi
• Handling complaint and assigning tasks quickly and effectively
• Underwring quality and time management for UW team in Hanoi

Qualifications
• Medical doctor
Knowledge and skill
• Medical knowledge.
• Skill: evaluation and analysis and focus on customer service
