JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Communication & Engagement (45%)
Produce and manage engaging internal content (newsletter, intranet, videos, digital campaigns).
Act as a communication bridge across departments to ensure consistent and transparent messaging.
Develop and execute internal communication plans that strengthen alignment, motivation, and culture.
Lead internal events and activities (e.g., townhalls, team- building, cultural days, CSR, recognition programs).
Content & Employer Branding (45%)
Partner with the TA team to design and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly EB plans.
Produce and publish internal- related content for social media channels (culture stories, event recaps, employee highlights).
Create and manage engaging internal content (newsletter, intranet, video, digital campaigns).
Ensure all communication materials reflect company values and culture.
Act as a culture ambassador by promoting company values and enhancing employee experience.
Other Support (10%)
Partner with leadership to cascade key messages across the organization.
Collect employee feedback and recommend new initiatives to boost engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the same position in event/activation agencies
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create inspiring content.
Experience in planning and executing internal activities and events.
Creative, social media–savvy, and able to produce engaging digital content.
Project management skills and ability to work cross- functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Personality:
