Salesforce Business Analyst

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (Administrator) with strong expertise in Flows and CPQ, who can also provide excellent support to business users and clients. You’ll be responsible for optimizing processes, supporting day- to- day Salesforce operations, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly across teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows (Record- Triggered, Screen, Scheduled...) to automate business processes.
Manage dashboards, reports, and data hygiene to ensure accuracy and usability.
Act as the first point of contact for user/client support: troubleshoot issues, answer “how- to” questions, and ensure adoption.
Administer Salesforce: user provisioning, profiles, permissions, and security model.
Support integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
Configure, support, and optimize Salesforce CPQ for quoting, pricing, and approvals.
Document processes, provide training, and create knowledge resources for end- users.

Yêu cầu công việc

Salesforce Administrator certification.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce security model and data management best practices.
Proven hands- on expertise with Salesforce Flows.
Strong communication and client- support skills.
Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CPQ.
3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.

Nice to Have

Salesforce CPQ certification.
Experience supporting SaaS tools integrations (NetSuite, HubSpot, OwnBackup, etc.).
Exposure to BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Einstein Analytics).
